Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Shipments will not be processed over weekends or holidays. The customer will be notified upon completing purchase if there is a high volume of orders or if shipping will be delayed for whatever reason.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the customer upon sending out the package. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Jonny P Jewelers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Jonny P Jewelers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
